We’re back! We got issue #61 of Luckthorn finished up early yesterday and it posted this morning. It’s moving fast now, just a couple of stops and he’ll be ready to face off with Fafnir. There are still plenty of twists and turns ahead, so be sure to stop back by and keep up with our tale.
We’re really sad about this… but we won’t be able to make Ratha Con this year. We have a really important family function that is making it impossible for us to attend, and due to the fact that we need to set up some relatively expensive equipment and will be gone all day, it’s just not feasible.
However — the trading cards are still in the works!!! We’ll have those out soon and will work on a method of distribution once they are printed. Perhaps we’ll do some sort of campaign where we’ll give out a free set of the first run to a few folks. More on that later!
Yup, we’re doing it again this year! This will be the second year for us at Ratha Con! Come down and visit us. We should have some goodies to pass out this year. For more info on the convention, visit rathacon.blogspot.com
Getting started on the next release this evening. Going to be really busy the next few weekends, so hoping to get it mostly polished up by Friday. Really excited about this part of the story, I just wish I had more time to work on it!
The next Luckthorn will be out next week. The story is at a point now where I’m getting excited to be doing this again.
I’ve always loved telling this story, but it can turn into a chore sometimes… but it’s a labor of love!
Luckthorn #56 will be posted soon. This one turned out really well. I’ll admit… my art has gotten a little sloppy once in a while, but there are times that I am working to crank out an issue in an evening. It’s a pretty long process.
This one was fun and will hopefully lead to a great little arch in the story.
We have a new Luckthorn up and ready for the reading this week. Next issue will probably be a journal entry, since we haven’t had one in a while. It will be nice to sum things up thus far as we get ready for the last mad dash toward preparing to defeat Fafnir.
No release scheduled for this week, however, next week issue #53 will be finished and online! Be sure to swing by.
